Seasoned Chilled Tomatoes & Jako Fish

Sesame oil and tomatoes go very well together in this simple side dish.

Ingredients: 4 servings

Chirimen jako
2 tablespoons
Shiso leaves
3 leaves
Sesame oil
2 teaspoons
Soy sauce
1 teaspoon


1. Cut the tomatoes in half and remove the seeds. Then cut into 1 cm cubes. Sauté the jako in oil. Mince the shiso leaves.
2. Put Step 1 into a bowl and add the sesame oil and soy sauce for flavor. Add the shiso leaves and mix it all together.
