Chewy Focaccia

This is a chewy focaccia.

Ingredients: 4 pieces

Bread flour
250 g
Tapioca powder
50 g
Dry yeast
8 g
10 g
4 g
Thinly sliced garlic
as needed
Olive oil
as needed


1. Use a bread maker to prepare the dough up to the first rising. Divide into 4 pieces, roll into balls, and let rest for 10 minutes.
2. Thinly roll out the ball of dough. Make dimples by pressing on the top with your finger, and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
3. Let rise in the oven. When the dough has doubled in size, brush the surfaces with olive oil. Top with garlic and rosemary.
4. Bake in an oven preheated to 200℃ for 12 minutes.
