Chilled Pasta with Tomato & Chicken Breast

This cold pasta is perfect for the summertime.

Ingredients: 1 serving

Chicken breast
80 - 100 g
1 medium
★Olive oil
2 tablespoons
★Grated garlic
1 clove
★Herbed salt
to taste


1. Dice the tomatoes. Mince the mitsuba. Boil the chicken breast and then cool in cold water. Pat dry and shred the chicken.
2. Add Step 1 and the ★ ingredients to a bowl and mix. Let chill.
3. Boil the pasta. Once boiled, rinse and rub with cold water. Dry the noodles and then combine with the mixture from Step 2.

I just came up with this on the spur of the moment and used whatever ingredients I already had.
