Shrimp Shumai Dumplings

These dumplings are stuffed with shrimp. They go great as drinking appetizers or in your bentos.

Ingredients: 4 servings

150 g
Minced pork
150 g
Shiitake mushrooms
Onion or Japanese leek
1/2 large
★Sesame oil
1 tablespoon
1 teaspoon
1 teaspoon
★Soy sauce
1 tablespoon
Shumai skins
1 bag


1. Prepare the shrimp and then mince in a food processor. Put the ground pork, shrimp, and seasoning ingredients into a bowl and combine well.
2. Place the mixture in the center of the shumai skins and wrap it up. Place in a steaming basket and steam for 8-10 minutes over high heat.
