Leek and Chicken Tomato Pasta

The tomato sauce goes really well with the chicken and leek in this pasta dish.

Ingredients: 2 servings

180-200 g
Chicken breast
Japanese leek
Tomato sauce
150 ml Recipe ID: 610538
Olive oil
2 tablespoons Recipe ID: 1721243
Basil or parsley
as needed
Herb salt
to taste


1. Season the chicken with salt and pepper, stir-fry it and then slice it. Chop the leek into 5 cm lengths. Boil the pasta.
2. Fry the leek in the frying pan you used in Step 1. Add the tomato sauce and a ladle of the water you used for boiling the pasta.
3. Add the pasta to the frying pan and mix it in. Season with herb salt.
4. Transfer the pasta to serving plates, and top with the chicken. Sprinkle on some parsley to finish.
