This gyuudon is a beef and rice bowl with shirataki noodles added. It's very filling.
I've been making this recipe for a long time. It's one of my family's favorites.
At my house, we have been adding shirataki noodles to gyuudon to make it more filling. You can add more onion if you like. For the dashi stock, you can also use dashi stock granules + water.
