Easy Homemade Ponzu Sauce

This is a homemade ponzu sauce with yuzu citrus. Store up to a month in the refrigerator.

Ingredients

Yuzu citrus or Kabosu juice
100 ml
Mirin
100 ml
★Soy sauce
150 ml
★Usukuchi soy sauce
50 ml
Kombu
10 cm strip

Steps

1. In a pot, add the mirin, and heat to a boil. Take the pan off the heat and let it cool in the pan.
2. Mix in the ★ ingredients to the pan from Step 1, and then mix in the yuzu juice.

4. Pour into a sterilized container, add the konbu, and store in the refrigerator.
