Chinese-Style Cold Noodles with Pork Shabu-Shabu

You can make this sauce easily using sesame dressing. It's refreshing and super delicious.

Ingredients: 2 servings

Thinly sliced pork shoulder for shabu-shabu
150 g
Cherry tomatoes
★Sesame dressing
6 tablespoons
★Soy sauce
2 teaspoons
2 teaspoons
Shiso leaves
4 leaves
White sesame seeds
as needed


1. Julienne the lettuce and cut the cherry tomatoes in half.
2. Boil water in a pot and boil the pork one piece at a time. Remove from the pot and place in ice water. Drain. Boil the noodles and soak in ice water. Drain.
3. Transfer the noodles to a plate. Top the center with lettuce, then add the pork. Garnish with the cherry tomatoes.
4. Mix together the ★ seasoning ingredients and pour over the top. Sprinkle the top with white sesame seeds and shiso leaves.
