Wasabi Cucumbers

Wasabi Cucumbers

A healthy cucumber dish for a side dish or to use up cucumbers in the summer.

Ingredients: 2 to 3 servings

1/2 to 1 teaspoon (to taste)
1 to 3 cm from a tube (1/2 to 1 1/2 teaspoons, to taste)
A plastic container with a lid
1 large


1. Wash the cucumbers well, sprinkle with salt and roll while pressing down on a cutting board. Cut into easy to eat pieces. Don't wash off the salt and put the pieces as-is in the plastic container.
2. Add the wasabi to the plastic container. Put the lid on and shake well. Taste and adjust the seasoning. When the flavors are evenly distributed, it's done.
