Cubed Konnyaku "Steak" With Shiso Garlic Soy Sauce

I used Yuukirinrin-san's Shiso Garlic Soy Sauce (Recipe ID: 248794) for this konnyaku steak. it has a texture like meat!!

Ingredients: 2 servings

200 g
◎ Shiso Garlic Soy Sauce
5 teaspoons
◎ Mirin
3 teaspoons
◎ Butter
8 to 10 g
◎ Sugar
1/2 teaspoon
◎ Black pepper
(optional) to taste


1. Score each side of the konnyaku. Cut it up into easy to eat pieces. Boil briefly and drain.
2. Heat up a frying pan and put in the well drained konnyaku. Pan fry until well browned on all sides over medium heat.
3. Add the ◎ ingredients, mix and it's done!
