Refreshing Squid Stir-Fry with Pre-Made Sushi Vinegar

Using sushi vinegar makes this a refreshing dish. It's great even when cooled.

Ingredients: 2 - 3 servings

★ Chinese soup stock
1 teaspoon
Vegetable oil

Katakuriko
as needed
Flour
as needed

Steps

1. Remove the guts from the squid and cut into round slices. Season with the ● ingredients. Put katakuriko and flour (5:5 ratio) in a plastic bag, add the squid, then deep-fry.
2. Dice the green pepper and onion.
3. Heat up a frying pan and sauté the onion and green pepper. Add the fried squid from Step 1 and then the ★ ingredients to season.
