Leek

Water
50 ml
Salt
2 teaspoons
Garlic
1 clove
Sesame oil
2 teaspoons
Umami seasoning

Steps

1. Mince the leek and garlic.
2. Mix all the rest of the ingredients in a bowl and mix it well. Microwave for 1 minute to burn off the alcohol.
