My Family's Restaurant-Style Hamburger Steak

My Family's Restaurant-Style Hamburger Steak

I created this hamburger while aiming for the taste of a popular restaurant that my father loves!

Ingredients: 4 servings

★Ground pork
480 g
★Ground beef
200 g
1/2 teaspoon
1 teaspoon
a small amount
1/2 teaspoon
3 tablespoons
1 tablespoon
★Vegetable oil
1 tablespoon
2 large
Daikon radish
Cherry tomatoes
4 tablespoons
1 teaspoon
Japanese Worcestershire-Style Sauce
1 teaspoon
White sesame seeds
1 teaspoon
♪ Water
♪ Soy sauce
3 tablespoons
♪ Sugar
1 1/2 tablespoons
♪ Ground garlic
1 clove
♪ Vinegar
1 tablespoon
Optional: Cheese, Grated Daikon Radish, Shiso Leaves, etc....

1. Julienne the daikon and carrot and soak in water. Drain.
2. Combine the mayonnaise, ketchup, Japanese style worcestershire sauce, and white sesame seeds well.
3. Cook the minced onion in oil heated in a frying pan until browned. Once browned, let cool completely.
4. Once cooled, set aside 1 tablespoon of the onion and put the rest into a bowl. Combine with the ★ ingredients well.
5. Heat oil in a frying pan and pan-fry the meat mixture. Since you are trying to imitate the "Bikkuri Donkey" restaurant style burgers, please make them as thin and large as you can. (Cover with a lid to steam fry)
6. After the burgers have cooked through, save the oil. Add the ♪ ingredients and the remaining 1 tablespoon of onion to the frying pan and simmer to make a sauce for the hamburgers.
7. If you arrange it like this, you will have a replica of the "Bikkuri Donkey" style plate!! It will taste delicious if you optionally top it with cheese or grated daikon!!
