Simple Sweet N' Sour Pork

This is an easy-to-make sweet n' sour pork recipe.
You just saute the vegetables, and then just toss with the flavoring ingredients and fried meat.

Ingredients: 2~3 servings

200 g
1/2 medium
about 1/4
Green pepper
about 4
Enough to coat the meat
2 tablespoons
☆ Usukuchi soy sauce
2 tablespoons
2 tablespoons
2 tablespoons
☆Chinese soup stock
1/2 teaspoon
1 teaspoon
◎ Usukuchi soy sauce
2 tablespoons
2 tablespoons
◎Grated ginger
to taste
Sesame oil (for stir frying)
as needed


1. Macerate the meat in ◎ soy sauce, sake, and ginger for about 20 minutes.
2. Drain the flavoring sauce from the meat in step 1, coat in katakuriko, and deep fry.
3. Cut onions, carrots, and green peppers into easy-to-eat pieces. Caution: Since you are sautéing the vegetables, they will be difficult to cook through if you cut too big.
4. Add sesame oil to a pan, and saute the vegetables from Step 3.
5. Combine the ☆ ingredients.
6. Add the mixed ☆ after the vegetables have been sautéed (the katakuriko will settle to the bottom of the bowl, so make sure to stir it well after adding it).
7. Add the deep fried meat from Step 2 to Step 6, mix it together, and it is done.
