Pan Fried Pork-Wrapped Hanpen Fish Cakes with Basil

These crispy pan fried hanpen and pork rolls are crunchy outside and soft inside, with the fragrance of basil.

Ingredients: 2 servings

Hanpen
2 slices
Thinly sliced pork loin
8 slices
Basil
8 pieces
◆ Panko
4 tablespoons
◆Grated cheese
1 tablespoon
◆Dried Basil
1 tablespoon
Vegetable cooking oil
A little
Salt and pepper
to taste

Steps

1. Cut each pieces of hanpen into 4, put a piece of basil on top and wrap with pork loin slices.
2. Season the outside with the salt, pepper and everything marked with a ◆.
3. After the meat rolls have been prepared, pan fry them both sides in oil, starting with the side with the ends of the pork. When they're crispy all arouond they're done.
