Add the milk and butter into a large heatproof bowl, and microwave for 30 seconds at 500 W.
Add the sugar and dry yeast, and mix with a fork. Add the bread flour, mix with the fork until the dough comes together, then knead for about 30 seconds by hand.
Microwave for 40 seconds at 200 W, and knead again for 30 seconds. Microwave for 10 minutes using the dough rising mode.
Preheat the oven to 230℃. In the mean time, divide the dough into 4 portions, and roll into balls. Bake on the bottom rack for 10 minutes, and done.

I experimented many times to improve the recipe. You can make it using one bowl so that you don't need to do a lot of dishes later. This bread is as good as hand kneaded one.
Since you only need an oven, one bowl, and one fork, you don't need to do a lot of dishes. When you are making sandwiches with this bread, decrease the amount of sugar to 1/2 tablespoon. It's ok to use 70 ml of milk during summer, but please change it to 75 ml during winter.
