Cheesy and Delicious Natto and Cheese in Aburaage

All you need to do is to pack the aburaage with natto and cheese and pan-fry. This is a super easy and delicious recipe.

Ingredients: 4 servings (1 per person)

2 packs
Japanese leek
about 10 cm
Easy melting cheese
as much as you like ♪
2 pieces (rectangular)


1. Combine the sauce (and the mustard if desired) that comes with the natto package, chopped Japanese leek and natto.
2. Cut the aburaage in half (blanch the aburaage if you prefer).
3. Pack the natto mixture and the cheese in the aburaage. Secure the opening with a toothpick. It tastes better with a lot of cheese.
4. Pan-fry them in a skillet until browned and the cheese is melted and done Enjoy it while the cheese is still melting!
