Simple and So Tasty! Pork Kimchi

Thinly sliced pork
200 g
Salt and pepper
to taste
Cake flour
as needed
100 g
Garlic (finely chopped)
1 clove
Ginger (finely chopped)
1 knob
Mentsuyu (2x concentrate)
as needed (about 1/2 tablespoon)
Salt and pepper
a small amount
Sesame oil
1 tablespoon
Young green onions (optional)
as needed


1. Rub salt and pepper into the pork before coating in cake flour.
2. Put the sesame oil, garlic and ginger into a frying pan. Start heating your pan. Fry on a low heat until it starts to smell nice.
3. When it's fragrant, add the roughly chopped kimchi and quickly stir-fry. Also add the pork and fry.
4. Once the pork is cooked, add the mentsuyu from the sides of the pan. Season with salt and pepper if necessary.

I prefer my kimchi cooked so I fried it with pork.
