Super Rich Abura-Soba!! (Ramen Noodles with Oil Based Sauce)

This is a super rich dish made without soup.

Ingredients: 1 serving

Chinese noodles (thick noodles)
1 serving (about 150 g)
Soy sauce
1 tablespoon
Oyster sauce
1 tablespoon
Water
1 tablespoon
Vinegar
1 teaspoon
Sesame oil
1 teaspoon
Chicken fat or lard (or vegetable oil/sesame oil)
1 teaspoon
Wei Pa (or Chinese soup or chicken soup stock granules)
1/2 teaspoon
Sugar
1/2 teaspoon
Dashi stock granules
1/3 teaspoon
(If you have it) XO sauce
1/3 teaspoon

Steps

1. Boil the noodles (it might be good to keep them a little firm).
2. Mix all if the ingredients together aside from the soba noodles to make the dressing.
3. Thoroughly drain the boiled noodles, and combine with the dressing from Step 2.
4. You should totally eat it covered in your favorite toppings!!
5. Please feel free to mix it with grated garlic or ginger, mayonnaise, layu chilli oil, pepper, or pickled red ginger etc; it's also good if you eat it while adding more vinegar!
6. This dish cools easily since it's made without soup. You can enjoy it all the way to the end if you heat it up in a rice bowl.
