Microwave the tofu for 1.5 minutes, and when it has cooled, drain the water. Shred the crab sticks (I used a packet of pre-shredded crab sticks). Combine the ○ ingredients.
Put a little sesame oil (not listed) in a frying pan. Put in the crab stick and stir fry quickly, and sprinkle with salt and pepper (not listed).
Add the ○ mixture to the pan. When the sauce has thickened, it's done. Garnish with chopped green onions or julienned shiso leaves or mitsuba to your liking.
My kids love it served as a rice bowl.

I had some tofu and crab stick that were nearing their best-by dates, so I made this and it was a hit.
If you are using umeboshi plums, chop them into a paste with a knife. This recipe is delicious chilled in the refrigerator and served over rice. My family likes this with plenty of ume plums and crab stick.
