10 Minute Cream Sauce Pasta

After you get home, you can whip this up in 10 minutes! This is an authentic cream sauce pasta. It will satisfy you even after a long day at work. Autumn is the season for mushrooms.

Ingredients: 2 servings

Heavy cream
1 pack
Shimeji mushrooms
1 small pack
4 slices
Consommé soup stock granules
1 tablespoon
Salt (to boil pasta)
a little less than a handful (the water will taste slightly salty when tasted)
Black pepper
to taste
Olive oil
as needed


1. Heat some olive oil in a frying pan and cook the bacon.
2. Once cooked, add the shimeji mushrooms.
3. Once the shimeji mushrooms are tender, pour in the heavy cream. Add the consomme.
4. Boil the homemade fresh pasta. 1 minute should be fine.
5. After 1 minute, scoop 3/4 ladleful of the boiling water and add to the sauce. Then add the pasta.
6. Serve on a plate, season with black pepper, and it's done.

I came up with a sauce that would go well with the homemade pasta I had made previously! It came out beautiful!
