Easy Lettuce and Bacon Pasta with Yuzu Pepper

Easy Lettuce and Bacon Pasta with Yuzu Pepper

With yuzu pepper and black pepper, you can make spicy pasta that is similar to aglio e olio peperoncino (pasta with olive oil and red chili peppers).

Ingredients: 2 servings

Long pasta (e.g. spaghetti)
200 g
3 to 4 leaves
3 slices
Yuzu pepper (tubed)
Soy sauce
2 teaspoons

Black pepper

Olive oil
As needed
Dried-parsley, if you have some
To taste

1. Cut the lettuce and bacon into easy-to-eat sizes. Cook pasta two minutes shorter than the written cooking time and drain. Keep one ladle of the boiled water.
2. Heat the olive oil in a frying-pan and stir-fry the bacon. Move them to one side and melt the yuzu pepper over the cooking liquid and soy sauce in the empty space. Put the pasta in and the lettuce in last. Then lightly stir-fry.
3. Season with salt and black pepper, and dish up on a plate. If you have some, top it off with dried parsley, and it's done!!
