An easy side-dish that's all about wrapping and grilling. It's seasoned with mayonnaise - everyone's favorite. (In the picture, it's the one in the back.)
I came up with this recipe to use up the chikuwa that's been sitting in the fridge.
If you want to use the same frying pan for another dish (to reduce dirty dishes), spread parchment paper on the frying pan before you cook. These are also good toasted in a toaster oven.
