Super Calcium-Fortified Toast for Breakfast

There are many things that are irritating in life....But! Let's get over them with calcium fortified toast!

Ingredients: 1 portion

Bread
1 slice
Chirimen jako (semi-dried salted tiny sardines)
1 to 2 tablespoons
Sliced cheese
1
Aonori
To taste

Steps

1. Add the cheese, then more chirimen jako on top.
2. Add the cheese, then more chirimen jako (semi-dried salted tiny sardines) on top.
3. Sprinkle with aonori (dried green nori flakes), and grill in a toaster oven.
4. It's all done!
5. As an appetizer for beer, I used thinly sliced bread to make it crispy.

Sometimes life can get stressful, but you can help the situation out by making sure you're taking in enough calcium! Just as I was baking bread with skimmed milk from "Lincii san"'s recipe, the idea of fortifying my breakfast toast with extra calcium came to me.
