Finely chop the onions and peppers, chop the tomatoes, and put it all in a bowl.
Add the ketchup, honey, lemon juice, and chili sauce and mix together. (This time, I used 1 tablespoon of chili sauce)
Let chill in the refrigerator overnight to let the flavors sink in. It's delicious!
Story Behind this Recipe
This is my variation on a taco rice sauce my friend taught me.
-It's even more delicious if you let it sit overnight rather than eating it right away. -If you don't like tomato skins, you can peel them first. -For children, soak the onions in water and don't use the chili sauce.
