Story Behind this Recipe
I had the recipe written down in my notes. I rearranged it and made this recipe.
Sprinkling sugar on the surface gives the cake a crunchy texture on top of the extra sweetness. It's sweet enough from the banana even with just a small amount of sugar It's delicious to mix raisins into the batter or sprinkle them on the surface. You can substitute whole wheat flour with flour. You can use any kind of sugar instead of brown sugar. Raisins are optional.
