Easy & Popular Crab Cream Croquette

An easy recipe using one frying pan to cook the ingredients and cream sauce.

Ingredients: 10 croquettes

Crab pincers
10 (or crab meat)
2 tablespoons
100 g
1 cup (200 ml)
Salt and pepper
a pinch of each
as needed


1. Remove the crab meat from pincers and flake the meat.
2. Stir-fry finely chopped onion, taking care not to let it burn.
3. Add the crab meat and lightly season with salt and pepper.
4. Add the margarine and mix until it has melted.
5. Add the flour all at once, and stir the pan.
6. Pour milk little by little and keep stirring the pan.
7. Let the mixture cool first, take a portion and form into ovals on the palm of your hand. It's easier to shape if you lightly wet your hands Stick the pinchers.
8. Coat the croquettes well with panko. (You can cover the mixture in flour and then dip into beaten egg before panko, but I coated with panko).
9. Deep fry. They're done once the outside has browned.

I didn't know how to make cream croquettes, but I went along and it result in this. They're easy to prepare.
