Easy Macrobiotic Komatsuna Spaghetti Genovese

A pasta sauce made with lots of komatsuna!

Ingredients: 1 serving

Komatsuna
4 bunches
Walnuts
as needed
Garlic
1/2 clove
Olive oil
1 tablespoon
Salt
a dash
Pepper
a dash
Soy sauce
1 teaspoon
Dashi soup stock
3 tablespoons
White miso
1 teaspoon
Lemon juice
a small amount
Spaghetti
as needed

Steps

1. Lightly boil the komatsuna. Roast the walnuts. Blend everything except the komatsuna and pasta in a mixer or food processor. Mix with the cooked pasta, and it's done.

I had lots of komatsuna I needed to use, so I came up with this recipe.
