Easy Gnocchi with Gorgonzola Sauce

Chewy gnocchi mixed into gorgonzola sauce.
The thick cream tastes so delicious.


Bread (strong) flour
150 g
Gorgonzola cheese
50 g
10 g
Heavy cream
200 ml


1. Peel the potatoes and microwave to cook. Mix in the butter and mash while they're still hot.
2. Add the bread flour and knead well. Roll up into small balls and press flat with a fork. Cook in boiling water. The gnocchi is done when they float up to the top.
3. Put the heavy cream and gorgonzola cheese into a pan. Simmer until the cheese melts completely.
4. Mix the gnocchi into the sauce and you're done.

This is the first gnocchi I've made and I know that it still needs improvement, but I think I still did a fairly nice job.
