Sweet Onion and Tuna Sandwich with Sweet Chilli Sauce and Mayonnaise♪

The onions don't need to be soaked, so they retain their properties that enhance blood circulation. This is a healthy sandwich, which doesn't contain much oil.♪

Ingredients: 2 servings

Onion (sweet onion)
1/2
Fresh parsley
chopped, 1 tablespoon
★Sweet chilli sauce
1 tablespoon
★Mayonnaise
2 tablespoons
★Lemon juice
a small amount
Sliced bread
2 slices
Canned tuna
1 can
Herb salt
optional, to taste

Steps

1. Thinly slice the onion and let it sit for 15 minutes. This will ensure the properties that enhance circulation emerge. It also mellows out the harsh taste. After 15 minutes, mix in the chopped parsley. Drain the water from the tuna can.
2. Line a bowl with plastic wrap, and mix the ingredients marked ★. Close the wrap at the top and secure with an elastic band to make a piping bag. Cut the end off with scissors when you are ready to pipe the mixture.
3. Lightly toast the bread and squeeze on the sweet chili sauce and mayonnaise mixture from Step 2. Then lightly spread it all over the bread.
4. Top the bread with the vegetables and tuna from Step 1, sprinkle herb salt and it's done.
