Thinly slice the onion and let it sit for 15 minutes. This will ensure the properties that enhance circulation emerge. It also mellows out the harsh taste. After 15 minutes, mix in the chopped parsley. Drain the water from the tuna can.
Line a bowl with plastic wrap, and mix the ingredients marked ★. Close the wrap at the top and secure with an elastic band to make a piping bag. Cut the end off with scissors when you are ready to pipe the mixture.
Lightly toast the bread and squeeze on the sweet chili sauce and mayonnaise mixture from Step 2. Then lightly spread it all over the bread.
Top the bread with the vegetables and tuna from Step 1, sprinkle herb salt and it's done.
Story Behind this Recipe
User "mybinue's" chili dip was very tasty, so I tried using it in a bagel sandwich.
It will be tastier if you use sweet onions. User "umemikki" said that it's nice with normal onions if you fry them first. This time I used non-oil tuna. If you are using tuna packed in oil, make sure you drain it well.
