Lemon and Whey Milk Drink

Put leftover whey to good use for a refreshing drink.

Ingredients: 1 - 2 servings

Whey
about 120 g
Lemon
juice of a small lemon (about 3 tablespoons)
Condensed milk
1 - 2 tablespoons (as much as you like)
Milk
about 100 ml (as much as you like)

Steps

1. Strain the yogurt overnight or at least for more than 8 hours to extract the whey. Around half of the weight of the yoghurt is whey, so you should have about 120 g. To strain, I put the yogurt in a strainer lined with a coffee filter over a container.
2. Just mix the whey and the rest of the ingredients together! Alter the quantities to make it as sweet or sour as you like. Serve in a glass.
