Octopus Parsley

There's no waiting time for this recipe. Just cut, mix and it's done.


Boiled octopus
2 legs
as you like
1 clove
Olive oil
2 tablespoons
Salt, pepper, black pepper
to taste


1. Thinly cut the octopus along the shape of it's leg. Finely chop parsley and garlic. Drizzle olive oil in a circular motion and adjust the taste with salt and pepper. Lastly, season with a shake of black pepper.

I decorated it with edamame since I had some around, but it's ok without it.
