Thinly cut the octopus along the shape of it's leg. Finely chop parsley and garlic. Drizzle olive oil in a circular motion and adjust the taste with salt and pepper. Lastly, season with a shake of black pepper.

For when you have a sudden guest or when your dinner is missing something else, try this. I decorated it with edamame since I had some around, but it's ok without it.
