Julienne vegetables and score the chicken with knife. Then cut it into 3 cm cubes. Sprinkle salt and pepper and sake. Please refer (Recipe ID: 542823) for scoring chicken thighs.
Put chicken and bacon in the heat proof dish, coat with katakuriko. Then add vegetable, tomato, torn bay leaf, olive oil, vinegar and soup stock cube.
Cover loosely with plastic wrap and microwave for 7 minutes at 700 W.
Remove the plastic wrap and mix well. Sprinkle melting type cheese on top. Put in microwave again without covering for 3 minutes. It's done.

Olive oil makes the chicken tender and bacon gives nice additional flavour. I used canned tomato this time, but use fresh tomatoes if you have. It is more delicious. I updated Step 2 as it was too watery in the dish.
