This cake is moist and fluffy.
It's sweetened with the natural sweetness of honey, carrots, and eggs!
This has no oil, dairy, or added sugar, and is full of carrots, so it's great for your beauty and health.

Ingredients

Cake flour
200 g
Baking powder
2 teaspoons
Carrot
1/2-2, ran through a juicer; 30-100 ml
Honey
as needed (can omit)
Egg
0-2
Salt
a small amount (can omit)
Water
the carrot juice, honey, and water should equal to 230 ml

Steps

1. Wash and peel the carrots, then juice in a juicer to make carrot juice.
2. Add the carrot juice, egg, water, and honey to a blender and mix well.
3. Mix salt into the pancake mix.
4. Put the mixture from Step 2 in a rice cooker pot, then top with the dry ingredients from Step 3. Fold the batter in until no longer floury.
5. Put the pot into the rice cooker and start it. If it's not done after one round of cooking, cook it again. Once cooked through, it's done!

Story Behind this Recipe

I made a cake for kids with allergies!
It's moist, fluffy, and light on the stomach, so you eat it when you're feeling under the weather.
It's great for weaning babies onto solid foods (if you omit the honey) and for dieters.

This has no oil, dairy, or sugar, and is full of carrots so it's great for your beauty and health. I found that this cake was easy on my stomach and good for my skin.
