I experimented with many recipes and came up with this! Using only flour and baking powder, you can make a moist and fluffy cake. This is a healthy wheat pancake mix without additives that is sugar, oil, butter, and dairy-free Just mix the flour and baking powder! It's super easy and cheap.

Story Behind this Recipe

I came up with this for my children with food allergies.
The cakes come out fluffy and moist, and is easy on the tummy, so it can be eaten instead of rice porridge! Make it for for weaning infants (but omit the honey) onto solids, or when dieting.

It's a healthy recipe, since it's oil, dairy, and sugar-free! Using this mixture improved the condition of my stomach and made my skin glow.
