I came up with this for my children with food allergies. The cakes come out fluffy and moist, and is easy on the tummy, so it can be eaten instead of rice porridge! Make it for for weaning infants (but omit the honey) onto solids, or when dieting.
It's a healthy recipe, since it's oil, dairy, and sugar-free! Using this mixture improved the condition of my stomach and made my skin glow.
