Break the egg(s) into the frying pan without adding any oil.
Cook them sunny-side up. Leave them until they turn a bit white.
Once the egg has slightly set, top with mayonnaise.
Scramble. (Don't scramble too much, since this dish is most delicious served in a large chunk.)
Finally, pour in the soy sauce, mix evenly and it's complete. Give it three minutes to set.

I have a very clear memory of a cousin of mine making this.
Work quickly after adding the mayonnaise. If you take too much time, the mayonnaise flavor will disappear. Adjust the amounts as you like. I like lots of mayo. Top over hot rice and this is all you need for the morning. Give it a try.
