Simple 3-Minute Egg Dish for Busy Mornings

If you've gotten tired of your usual scrambled eggs, you will definitely become hooked on this.

Ingredients: 1 serving

1 or more
1 tablespoon
Soy sauce
1 scant teaspoon


1. Break the egg(s) into the frying pan without adding any oil.
2. Cook them sunny-side up. Leave them until they turn a bit white.
3. Once the egg has slightly set, top with mayonnaise.
4. Scramble. (Don't scramble too much, since this dish is most delicious served in a large chunk.)
5. Finally, pour in the soy sauce, mix evenly and it's complete. Give it three minutes to set.
