An Easy Bento Side Dish: Canned Tuna and Green Bell Pepper Bake with Mayonnaise

Ingredients: 1 serving

Green bell peppers
1
Canned tuna
1/2 a can
Mayonnaise
as needed
Krazy Salt (or seasoned salt mix)
as needed
Cheese
1/2

Steps

1. Wash the green bell peppers, discard the seeds and calyxes, and cut into half. Mix the canned tuna, mayonnaise and Krazy Salt. Once mixed, stuff it in the green bell pepper.
2. Put some cheese on top and toast in the toaster oven for about 3 to 4 minutes. Check occasionally and adjust the cooking time as needed. When they brown color, they are done.
3. Sprinkle dried parsley to finish.
4. By the way, this is the canned tuna I used this time. You could use the entire can if you wish.
