Combine all the ingredients in a bowl, and toss with olive oil and Krazy Salt. Chill in the refrigerator.
Using a small dish for a mold, pack the tartare in the dish, then upturn it in the center of your serving platter. Scatter mixed leaves dressed with olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper. Then serve!!
Story Behind this Recipe
I had a delicious avocado and salmon tartare at a restaurant and so I tried to recreate it. I think I succeeded in capturing the taste and appearance.
You can also try substituting sashimi grade tuna for the salmon. It's also very tasty.
