Easy and Festive! Avocado and Salmon Tartare

Try this salad-style avocado and salmon tartare. For this festive dish, all you need to do is chop the ingredients and toss. It's a perfect colorful dish for Christmas celebrations!

Ingredients: 4 servings

Avocado
1/2
Fresh salmon (sashimi grade)
100 g
Tomato, small

Cucumber
1/2
Onion
1/4
Olive oil
1 to 1 1/2 tablespooon
Krazy Salt
a generous amount

Steps

1. Dice all the ingredients. (Mince the onion.)
2. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl, and toss with olive oil and Krazy Salt. Chill in the refrigerator.
3. Serving Suggestion Using a small dish for a mold, pack the tartare in the dish, then upturn it in the center of your serving platter. Scatter mixed leaves dressed with olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper. Then serve!!
