Cheesy Pork Sauté with Pork Loin

Cheesy Pork Sauté with Pork Loin

Pork for tonkatsu was for sale. It's too troublesome to deep-fry, so I made pork steaks. The salty-sweet flavor goes well with rice.

Ingredients: 2 servings

Pork loin
2 slices
Easy melting cheese
2 slices
☆Soy sauce
1 heaping tablespoon
2 tablespoons
1 scant tablespoon
1 tablespoon
Salt and pepper
a small amount

1. Make small cuts between the red and fat parts of the meat. Lightly sprinkle with salt and pepper.
2. Heat oil in a pan, and pan-fry the pork over medium heat. When it starts to brown, flip, and lightly brown the other side as well.
3. When both sides are browned, cover with a lid, and steam-fry for 1-2 minutes.
4. Pour ☆ ingredients into the pan, bring to a boil, and coat the meat.
5. Turn down the heat, and lay the easy melting cheese on top. Cover with the lid, and steam-fry again. When the cheese has melted, it's done.
