Fluffy with Okara Honey and Yogurt Cake

This recipe doesn't use flour, butter, or sugar. You can make this simply by mixing the ingredients and then microwaving. Fluffy and moist like castella sponge cakes.

Ingredients: one 65mm x 175mm pound cake mold

Fresh okara
100 g
50 g
2 tablespoons (40 g)
Egg (Yodoran-hikari)
Baking powder
1 teaspoon


1. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl.
2. Pour into the mold and smooth out the surface. Microwave at 500W for 5.5 minutes without covering with plastic wrap. It's done when the cake rises and the surface is dry.
3. When it's slightly cooled down, slice into desired sizes to serve.
