Chicken and Shrimp with Wasabi and Mayonnaise

The wasabi and mayonnaise sauce coats chicken, shrimp, and leftover vegetables into the perfect side dish or drinking appetizer. This is a quick and easy recipe.

Ingredients: 2 servings

100 g
Shimeji mushrooms
1/2 bunch
2 leaves
4 tablespoons
◆Soy sauce
3 tablespoons
◆Salt and pepper
a small amount
2 cm from a tube / about 1 teaspoon


1. Devein the shrimp. Cut the chicken into 2 cm cubes. Season the chicken and shrimp separately with sake, salt, and katakuriko (not listed). Let sit for at least 15 minutes.
2. Chop the shimeji mushrooms and cabbage into pieces. You can also substitute with cucumber and king oyster mushrooms. Use the vegetables you like. Combine ◆ ingredients in a bowl.
3. Add oil (not listed) into a pan. Add the chicken, shrimp, vegetables in that order, and cook through over low heat. If you want to make it healthier, boil.
4. Add the cooked ingredients into the bowl with ◆ seasonings. Mix and it's done.
