I created this recipe because wasabi and mayonnaise dressing is so yummy.
Season the chicken and the shrimp well. Even inexpensive meat becomes soft. Adjust the amount of the soy sauce, mayonnaise, and wasabi according to your taste.
When you use vegetables like cucumber (I recommend smacking them a few times to loosen and tenderize) and king oyster mushrooms cut into 2 cm cubes like the chicken in the recipe. It makes the presentation better.
