Pork Belly and Garlic Shoot Spicy Stir-Fry

This is an easy dish but delicious. It goes well with freshly cooked rice as well as with alcohol. Enjoy it in bento too.

Ingredients: 2 servings

Garlic shoots
100 g
Thinly sliced pork belly
150 g
1 teaspoon
1 1/2 teaspoons
◎Soy sauce
1 ~ 1 1/2 teaspoons


1. Chop the pork belly into 2~3 cm pieces. Cut the garlic shoots into 3 cm. The garlic shoots will cook though easily after blanching (optional).
2. Stir-fry the pork belly in a pan until it's cooked through. Add garlic shoots, and continue stir-frying until soft and wilted.
3. Add ◎ seasonings, cook through, adjust the flavor, and it's done.
