Easy & Chewy Oil-free Steamed Bread

This chewy bread is oil and egg free.
I mixed maple syrup and sweet potatoes into the batter and cooked them as you would ogre dumplings.

Ingredients: 4-5 muffin cups

○Cake flour
100 g
○Baking powder
3 g
○Sugar
25 g
Milk (or water)
100 g
Cocoa powder
as needed

Steps

1. Take the ingredients marked with a ○ and using circular motions, mix together with a whisk. Add the milk and mix again.
2. Fill the muffin cups and steam on high heat for 10 minutes. When you pierce them with a bamboo skewer and it comes out clean, they are done.

4. I added 100 g of diced sweet potatoes into the batter that were cooked in the microwave.
