Crispy and Juicy Fried Chicken

Here's some well-marinated crispy and juicy chicken. Both adults and kids are bound to love it!


Chicken thighs
300 g
*Soy sauce
1 tablespoon
1 tablespoon
*Garlic powder
1 teaspoon
*Grated ginger
1 teaspoon
a small amount
a small amount
as needed


1. Mix cut chicken thigh with the * ingredients. Rub a few times while mixing. Marinate for at least an hour or preferably half a day.
2. Coat well marinated chicken with katakuriko. Tap excess flour and deep fry over medium heat.
3. Take chicken out of a pan when it still hasn't browned. Deep fry it again after leaving it for a while. If this process is too much work, then you can continue frying it but by raising the temperature in the end.
