Banana Balls

Banana Balls

They're sticky on the outside, but when you take a bite, the sweetness from the banana spreads in your mouth.
It is a simple recipe without butter, eggs, or sugar.

Ingredients: 24 balls

1 medium (net weight 90 g)
Joshinko flour
70 g
Baking powder
1/4 teaspoon
Condensed milk
1 tablespoon
Powdered sugar, brown sugar, or cocoa powder as you like
as needed

1. If the banana is ripe, use as is. Otherwise microwave (on high level) for 40-50 seconds. Then, place the banana in a bowl and mash with a fork to make a puree.
2. Add condensed milk and mix well.
3. In another bowl, mix the joshinko flour and baking powder well. Now transfer this to the banana mixture and combine well.
4. Shape the mixture into one flat square shape like in this picture. Divide into 24 portions and preheat the oven to 190°C.
5. Now shape each portion into a ball and place on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Bake in an oven for 14-15 minutes.
6. Cool on a wire rack.
7. Once cool, coat with powdered sugar, brown sugar, or cocoa powder.

Story Behind this Recipe

This is one of my own recipes. I bake sweets which are easy to make and use minimum ingredients. Also, of course, recipes which make kids happy!
