Sautéed Mushrooms with Garlic & Butter

Sautéed Mushrooms with Garlic & Butter

Use any kind of mushrooms and enjoy the aroma of garlic & butter.

Ingredients: 3 to 4 servings

Enoki mushrooms
2 packs
Shiitake mushrooms
About 12
Garlic (finely chopped)
1 clove
Olive oil
3 tablespoons
1 tablespoon
Chicken soup stock granules
1 teaspoon
Salt and pepper
to taste
White wine
2 tablespoons

1. Cut off the ends of the mushrooms and chop into bite-sized pieces.
2. Heat some olive oil and add the chopped garlic. Stir-fry over a low heat.
3. When the garlic releases its aroma, add the shiitake mushrooms and continue to stir-fry over a medium heat.
4. When the shiitake mushrooms are soft, add the enoki mushrooms and continue to stir-fry.
5. Season with white wine, Japanese soup stock, salt and pepper.
6. Finally, season with butter.
7. Recently, I've been serving a variation that only uses king oyster mushrooms. They are really delicious.

Story Behind this Recipe

At first I only used butter and black pepper. Then I kept on adding things each time I made this dish.
