Put the ◎ ingredients into a microwaveable plastic Tupperware container, put the lid on and shake it up and down.
Add the ingredients marked ☆ and mix well.
Put the lid on and microwave at 600W for 2 minutes.
Check there are no uncooked parts and there you have it, a fluffy cake, done in no time.
It's nice when it's just-made, but I like to leave it upside down (lid on) for a minute to steam.
If you are using unsweetened cocoa, try making it with 2 tablespoons of flour and 1 tablespoon of pure cocoa. It won't be very sweet, so add sugar if you like.
