Fluffy White Bread Just Like a Baby's Cheek!

Fluffy White Bread Just Like a Baby's Cheek!

When I was attempting to bake bread using COOKPAD user Miya's recipe, I somehow got made a fluffy white bread!!! This unexpected result turned out to be so wonderful!

Ingredients: 7-8 small bread rolls

Strong bread flour
260 g
200 ml
Olive oil (or vegetable oil)
1 tablespoon
1 tablespoon
1 teaspoon
Instant dry yeast
1 teaspoon

1. Put all of the ingredients into the bread maker and leave the rest of the work to the machine.
2. Separate it into 7-8 balls. Bake in an oven preheated to 180°C for 20 minutes.
3. I cut them in half and put in some anko and strawberries as a topping. I gave them to my mother who always does things for me.
4. I made these for my husband's dinner! Veggies and bacon. He seemed to like it very much.

Story Behind this Recipe

I was planning to make the bread using Miya's recipe, but I didn't have any skim milk. I had no choice but to replace the watery skim milk with regular milk...huh??? After the first rising, the dough was like white bread! I remembered that the user soyon2 told me that using a lot of milk makes white bread. I made it myself and was so moved at how fluffy it turned out!
