Fluffy Yatsuhashi-Style Milk Mochi

It's a milk mochi made with milk. It tastes like my favorite Yatsuhashi mochi snack. It's a quick recipe for a tradition-inspired dessert/

Ingredients

●Katakuriko
40 g
●Milk
200 ml
●Sugar
25 g or more
Kinako
as needed
Cinnamon
a small amount

Steps

1. Put fhe ● ingredients into a pot and turn the heat on to mix. When it starts to thicken, take it off the heat and stir the mixture.
2. Scoop it up with a spoon and cover in a plate spread with kinako.
3. Sprinkle cinnamon and it's done. They won't harden in the fridge.
4. Yummy with kuromitsu black sugar syrup.
