One-pan Napolitan Spaghetti

One-pan Napolitan Spaghetti

A nostalgic flavor. Back in the day, I used to make 200 kg of this. Freshly cooked is delicious.

Ingredients: 2 ~ 3 servings

Wiener sausages
3
Onion
1/2
Green peppers
2
Ketchup
7 tablespoons
Chicken stock granules
1 teaspoon
Sugar
a pinch
Salt
to taste
Butter
10 g
Pepper
a small amount
Pasta
300 g

Steps

1. Boil water in a deep pan. Add salt, and cook the pasta.
2. While cooking the pasta, prepare the ingredients.
3. Drain the pasta, add the butter to the same pan, and stir-fry the ingredients.
4. When they are soft and wilted, add the seasonings and the pasta, then toss quickly.

Story Behind this Recipe

I created this recipe from the days when I worked at a a cafeteria.
The flavor varies depending on how thick the pasta is and how well you drain the water. Adjust the flavor by varying the amount of ketchup.
